James Azzarello is the principle of EWG CONSULT

He has been involved in the construction and woodworking industries for more than 40 years.

His career has bridged many aspects of the construction industry, from commercial buildouts to real estate developments, as well as bespoken residential projects. Primarily, our work has been in the New York City area. Recently, we represented the owners of APM Monaco, a jewelry retail chain with over 550 stores worldwide. EWG provided management of all contractors and vendors in relationship to the construction of four new projects. These shops were positioned in some of the finest luxury malls throughout the country. We were responsible for the Manhattan, Las Vegas, San Francisco and Chicago shops.

These projects were extremely fast track with many constraints from mall authorities and coordination issues from our Italian and Hong Kong vendors.

Along with extensive knowledge of the construction industry, he has owned and operated an architectural woodworking company in NYC as well as in the Hudson Valley. EWG maintains their workshop in Newburgh NY.

Our early projects were in the historical brownstones and townhouses of the Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill sections of downtown Brooklyn.

From our inception in the mid-seventies... our underlying fundamental principles were built upon delivering detailed/quality projects throughout the renovation process. Our work quickly transitioned into Manhattan condominiums, commercial fit-outs, retail and restaurants projects
